[gentoo-dev] experiemental use?

What's the likelyhood of introducting an "experiemental" or misc use
variable?  For example, say a program has some sort of experimental feature
or something off the wall, but doesn't quite fall into any of the use
categorys.  Rather than create a whole slew of new use vars, you already
have one which can comprehend this.  This should be an "opt-in" feature,
meaning the user would specifically have to pass USE="experimental" at
compile time.
