8 I think we already have dev-away.

10 If a maintainer marks themselves as devaway, my understanding is that
11 they're expected to leave standing orders in place for how to handle their
12 packages, and in default of that it could well be fair game.

14 If a developer lapses long enough and doesn't use devaway properly to mark
15 any waylaid packages as touchable...then that's probably an example of an
16 even bigger fish to fry that undertakers would handle anyway.
