If a maintainer marks themselves as devaway, my understanding is that |

they're expected to leave standing orders in place for how to handle their |

packages, and in default of that it could well be fair game. |

If a developer lapses long enough and doesn't use devaway properly to mark |

any waylaid packages as touchable...then that's probably an example of an |
