Yes, "portage-ng" will fix these problems, not to say portage-ng is going to be |

a panacea but Daniel Robbins has many ideas to increase the modularity and |

extensibility of portage. I also have many ideas regarding this, and hopefully |

they will be considered in future version of portage. :) |
