Just a note, certain 2.4 kernels had reiserfs problems but reiserfs is |

certainly production ready, much moreso than ext3 which is still |

exhibiting issues as per threads on lkml. Personally I've been using |

reiserfs exclusively (minus 30M /boot partitions) on all |

workstation/servers for the last two years. The only machine I had |

problems with was a laptop which was notorious for dying due to bad |

battery connections. |

On the other hand, I've run into ext2 problems several times per year on |

several machines. Twice hosing my entire filesystem. |

On a related note, please update your /etc/fstab installation to read |

"reiserfs", not "resierfs". |
