Ok, fixed the documentation, replaced OPENSUSE_PACKAGE with OBS_PACKAGE. OBS is whole service that can host pretty much anything. OPENSUSE_RELEASE is just to make it easier to take files from one particular project (that I'll be using for "stable" releases of some packages).
