6 We don't really have any official process around this. Things like
7 sunrise and proxy-maintainers are good ways to get new blood into the
8 contributor pool, however, and I think they'd be good things to look
9 into. Maybe I'll try to brainstorm some ideas of how to generate
10 involvement (I'll post on -project if I come up with something).

20 Yup - some kind of clearinghouse and communications tool wouldn't hurt.
21 You can always post in irc or a list and see if you get any takers.
22 You can also post them in bugzilla under maintainer-wanted, but it
23 doesn't get much visibility there.
