15 Yes, I have no objections to there being rules about what can and
16 cannot be added to the tree, and the ones in your devmanual are
17 clearly sensible and should be applied. I do however object to the
18 suggestion that adding a package to the tree be subject to formal
19 approval (by whom, for a start...).
