Yes, I have no objections to there being rules about what can and |

cannot be added to the tree, and the ones in your devmanual are |

clearly sensible and should be applied. I do however object to the |
| 18 |
suggestion that adding a package to the tree be subject to formal |
| 19 |
approval (by whom, for a start...). |
