Is there someone in charge of looking at user-submitted ebuilds? |

I am wondering if there is a use for a developer (very possibly |

one without CVS access) who is in charge of looking at all the new |

user-submitted ebuilds, giving them a sanity check, and then forwarding |
| 6 |
them up to the logical maintainer of the package. |

This seems like it might help get rid of part of the problem revolving |
| 9 |
around ebuilds sitting in bugzilla and not being evaluated in any way. |
