Hi All,

A while back I wrote a little utility called 'etcat' which did pretty
printing of certain metadata from portage. It is now included in
app-admin/gentoolkit-0.1.20 . For information, you may wish to look at:

http://cvs.gentoo.org/~liquidx/etcat/

In short, it does some things like package version listings, package use
flag listings, package changelog output, etc.
