Mandriva already dropped KDE3 in 2010 and cooker and it's not being
supported in older versions, since it's in contrib (for 2009.1) and
2009.0 (and previous) support ended for desktops. Then, it's "the same
situation" (or even worse since, *if I don't misremember*, there is no
external repository still providing kde3)
