Should?  I have no idea.  Where exactly would we move these packages?
The quasi-more-usefully-named www-misc?

Though I seriously have no objection to either keeping things where
they are or moving them around.  My only request is that if someone does
this I'd like to take the opportunity to rename 'netscape-flash' to
'adobe-flash' at the same time.
