4 It would be good if there was a publically accessible place to submit
5 requests for ebuilds. The requester could list the package name, the
6 homepage, and a brief description of what the package is. Newbie ebuilders
7 like myself could then browse through the list looking for packages that
8 interest us and then have a go at writing the ebuild.

10 This could be done through bugzilla, but I think that having to create an
11 account scares some people off. If it were on the website, some of as a
12 wiki, it would be trivial to enter requests and browse for fresh meat.

14 Might help add ebuilds to the growing collection.....
