I'm planning to build an uml system with distcc on my 'big' PC (bi athlon 2000) |

to help my 'small' PC (K6 II 450), and of course to play with user mode linux :-) |

but i can't compile it : |

When following the guide http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/uml.xml, i read : |

# emerge sys-kernel/usermode-sources |

# cd /usr/src/uml/linux |

# make menuconfig ARCH=um |

For now, it's ok, but at the following step : |

# make linux ARCH=um |

make reply me there is no rule to make target 'linux'. |
