4 I'm using ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="amd64 x86" so that my amd64 system is as
5 up2date as a x86-system.

7 I think there's no rule against sucha thing. In general, the portage is
8 supposed to emerge the latest package available, that is marked with any
9 of the accepted keywords.
