9 I like this idea, I personally did a hack that took the cache of my dhcpcd to
10 bring my interface up. At the time the dhcp server of my ISP was failing
11 every now and then. The IP did never change, but I wanted to be up without
12 the dhcpd. It workes well, and I think other people might want similar
13 things.
