You also might want to take a look at doxygen. It supports graphviz and you
can configure it for different output formats like latex, html and probably
others (Windows help format under Windows) with a nice treeview where you can
easily browse the sourcecode.

It's the second best thing after a compiler generated browsersupport. :)
