15 Trying the cvs tarball on a new installation (no qt/kde at all) leads to
16 problems compiling kdelibs.

18 The files subdir for qt doesn't contain env.d files for qt, and since there's
19 no previous installation of qt, qt's lib dir isn't set in /etc/ld.so.conf
20 (which leads to breakage compiling ssl support in kde-libs).
