Trying the cvs tarball on a new installation (no qt/kde at all) leads to |

problems compiling kdelibs. |

The files subdir for qt doesn't contain env.d files for qt, and since there's |

no previous installation of qt, qt's lib dir isn't set in /etc/ld.so.conf |

(which leads to breakage compiling ssl support in kde-libs). |
