The web site doesn't specify how to install the tbz2 packages after the initial install of Gentoo. The only instructions are to copy the packages you want to /mnt/gentoo/tmp before reboot. What is the 'proper' way to do package installs? When you copy the files to the tmp dir should you copy the directories structure also or can you just copy the tbz2 files to a dir you create in tmp?
