Hey there, |
2 |
I just started an emerge --update world and I am quite suprised about |
3 |
the dependency handling of emerge. |
4 |
|
5 |
There was no possibility to fulfill the DEPEND on perl-5.6.1-r9 of |
6 |
MakeMaker, so MakeMaker could nt be installed. |
7 |
|
8 |
But why the hell does emerge deny the whole upgrade then? Shouldn't it |
9 |
deny only the upgrade of affected packages? |
10 |
I think we should think about a better dependency handling. |
11 |
|
12 |
so long... |
13 |
