1 The bug you mentioned [253725] is not about layman location, it's only
2 about "keepdir" line. Why don't we fix that and don't change defaults
3 another time? Such change does more harm for our users then good.

13 to PORTDIR. Thus I'd like to keep it somewhere at /usr.
