After building tetex 1.0.7-r11, using commands such as tex, latex, |

pdflatex, etc, result in output "I can't find the file 'tex.fmt'" or |

'latex.fmt' or 'pdflatex.fmt'... |

The resolution for this is to execute |

fmtutil --byfmt=tex |
| 10 |
fmtutil --byfmt=latex |
| 11 |
fmtutil --byfmt=pdflatex |

For some reason, I never ran into this problem with previous versions of |

TeX ebuild. Maybe there's a typo or something in this ebuild. I don't |

have time to go thru it. Just wanted to bring this to the attn of the |
| 16 |
developers. |
