Well, yes and no.  All the themes are listed twice, except Classic, 
Default, Gentoo, XpLike, ksplash_gentoo.

If you select either Gentoo or ksplash_gentoo the theme you get is 
Default.

Preview Theme does nothing

Don't see any problems with this fix.
