Every OS development staff has private lists; Gentoo is no exception. |

There are many cases in which something needs to be brought to the |

attention of the developers but is not for public consumption. For |

example: a security vulnerability. We need an appropriate forum to |

handle these kinds of issues, besides general dev team personnel/political |
