8 No nodeps doesn't ignore the fact a package is masked allowing a merge
9 of a package that is masked. Many masked packages will install and
10 correctly especially when you are talking about whats masked out for
11 alpha. a force option would allow users to easily test the masked out
12 packages for themselves (without changing there package.mask file) and
13 they in return could give you reports.
