I went back and reread the post you mentioned. I feel this should go |

into the developer docs. I have read them quite thouroughly, adn most of |

~ what you say IS mentioned there, but not in an accessible way. Perhaps |

a before-you-submit-checklist at the end of the policy doc? Since you |

obviously have quite specific preferences as to how you want the ebuilds |

to look, stating these plainy and clearly would be nice. |

| with the package should be installed (manpages and even the guys pgp |
