Bouncer and Planet have been moved.
If you're experiencing problems in reaching other:
# dig planet.gentoo.org
Should say CNAME finch.gentoo.org.
# dig bouncer.gentoo.org
Should say CNAME nuthatch.gentoo.org.
If that isn't what you get, wait till it responds correctly before you
complain. If you DO get that, and something is still wrong, please file
a bug.
