I'm not against the tests themselves, I'm against forcing the tests on
users. Unless there's a clear scenario which warrants testing that cannot
be anticipated during normal QA (beyond CFLAGS and USE), the ebuild should
only do src_test if "maketest" is enabled. It's not an official policy
that I know of, but it probably should be.
