19 Perhaps we should create a schema to validate the file. XMLSchema (or
20 any of the other standards) allows for much more flexibility in
21 specifying these things. Btw. I did not design the metadata DTD for
22 order to be significant. The only priority is that maintainer goes
23 before herd, that's all.
