[gentoo-dev] media-video/nvidia-settings is orphan for a long time

Is there any special reason for not getting it maintained by the same
nvidia-drivers maintainers :-/, looks like jlec is helping to get it
bumped but, still, would be better to get it out of maintainer-needed
domain.
