5 Well, experimentation is OK (and I would encourage it for many things),
6 but I'm not sure I'd agree that experimentally giving someone council
7 powers for a even one meeting is wise, unless you are very sure that it
8 will not result in adverse decisions being made. I'd rather see
9 experimentation done in other, less risky ways.

11 For what it's worth, I'd vote to have it codified that council members
12 and proxies need to be Gentoo devs (or at least a member of the project
13 in some capacity). To me, it is a good minimum requirement, at least.
