GMANE provides an alternative service for most mailing lists. c.f. bug 424647
If I want to create stage1-x86-1.4_rc3.tar.bz2 from scratch what are the
steps involved. I would like to know how the developers who make the stage 1
tarball do it.
Are there are documents lying around which explains this? If so, can someone
please point me in the right direction.
