16 What you're missing here is that I did not make a technical decision. I
17 implemented the councils recommendations in such a manner as to not piss
18 off either side too much. If you're familiar with US leagalize, you
19 should view this as a temporary injunction.

21 I implore you and other interested developers to address the remaining
22 points through constructive discussion and then ask the council to make
23 a final decision.

27 1. Different types of overlays: gentoo.org vs. non-gentoo.org and
28 developer focused vs. user focused.

30 2. Appropriate use of bugzilla for overlays of all varieties.
