that allows a network interface to be started and stopped based on the the |

media status. Basically when you plug in the network cable, the interface is |

started, when you disconnect, it is stopped. This is very nice for laptops |

with built in NICs and I'm sure in other cases. |

The developer assigned to this bug has requested email on the lists for people |

who would like this functionality before it will be added to portage. If you |
