Hi The program is called polymake, its a math tool for computational geometry. I have written an ebuild which you can find at at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=207033 Probably I'm misunderstanding this Perl stuff, sorry... The program ships perl-modules, during the make process these get compiled by the local perl. And somewhere in the documentation i read, that this compilation has to be done again if you upgrade your local perl, but maybe I confuse stuff... thanks Tom -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.7 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFHnc8SrpEWPKIUt7MRAjy5AJ4jgTLECdQy6y+H+3Z2vNsVissMpQCdHZ8I 18ljGSAmGonIYxfxxomSsSs= =/EPG -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- gentoo-devhelp@l.g.o mailing list
