GMANE provides an alternative service for most mailing lists. c.f. bug 424647
In general, people tend to not be around as much on weekends, at least
that is how it's been in the past. Week days tend to be a bit better for
some like seemant and jhuebel, and grant seems to be here more durring
the week as well.
