Donnie suggested splitting out the whole complaint/ disciplinary part of
devrel into it's own small project/group. I fully agree with this. We'll
add this to the meeting and deal with that first. If the rest of devrel
agrees, and I hope they do:) then we'll leave it up to that group to
decide how to handle complaints since that group won't be part of
devrel.
