Hrmm, basically the way things used to work was that a complaint was
filed, looked into, and dealt with by the devrel leads. That did not
work, I'll be the first to admit that one, and it didn't work largely
because things were not documented well at all.


I'm proposing basically what's already in the proposal, accept that
those say...5 people have the right to look into things and make their
recommendation. It might help things if i put together a written
proposal to make things clearer. I've not had time to get that far yet.

Basically, this sisposes with the judicual/investigation team consepts
though, and makes things much easier to track.
