1 Hrmm, basically the way things used to work was that a complaint was
2 filed, looked into, and dealt with by the devrel leads. That did not
3 work, I'll be the first to admit that one, and it didn't work largely
4 because things were not documented well at all.

7 I'm proposing basically what's already in the proposal, accept that
8 those say...5 people have the right to look into things and make their
9 recommendation. It might help things if i put together a written
10 proposal to make things clearer. I've not had time to get that far yet.

12 Basically, this sisposes with the judicual/investigation team consepts
13 though, and makes things much easier to track.
