1. Please file new bugs for documentation updates, rather than writing 
to the gentoo-doc list or adding comments to old RESOLVED FIXED bugs.

2. We can't do anything about marking it amd64; you would need to file a 
  bug and assign it to amd64@g.o and request the package to be 
keyworded.

3. If you're interested in "maintaining" this guide, then it's as simple 
as opening a new bug against it and providing a patch with changes. We 
will review and fix the doc.
