I tried --exclude= in PORTAGE_RSYNC_EXTRA_OPTS before but i get lots of
messges like this:

inherits= ['toolchain-funcs', 'qt3', 'portability', 'flag-o-matic',
'kde', 'versionator', 'multilib', 'base', 'kde-functions', 'libtool',
'autotools', 'eutils']

So I was thinking that there maybe was a cleaner way to do it.
