13 doesnt even need to be /usr. as long as it's in PATH and you can set CHOST to
14 the prefix, it should work. in other words, if you were to submit an ebuild
15 for their binary toolchain that installed into /opt/foo/, there's no reason
16 that the ebuild couldnt be added to the main Gentoo tree.
