What I did was to crosscompile the kernel with the apropiate options |

for booting right from /dev/sdaX, unpacked uclibc stage3 |

edited /etc/fstab and tried to boot it and once all the little details |

where solved (you may need to manually add your password |

to /etc/shadow, and maybe some more things), I continued setting it |

from my booted gentoo. |
