17 appliances. The more you customize it, the closer to Catalyst you are.
18 Also behind GNAP is the notion of interchangeable hardware for a network
19 function (based on LiveCD hardware discovery), that you won't get so
20 easy in classic Gentoo embedded building.

22 That said, the Gentoo embedded classic approach works very well if you
23 are confortable with it and will end up in a more customized and slimmer
24 system... So it all depends on the time you want to spend on this, the
25 level of customization required and if you're interested in the reusage
26 feature...
