Over the past couple of months, I have been putting together a document that |

contains Gentoo installation instructions that are designed to be significantly |
| 5 |
easier to use than the instructions that are in the Handbook ( which I think is |
| 6 |
excellent, BTW ). |

The two groups of people I have targeted these instruction toward are computer |
| 9 |
newbies in general and Java programmers who do not have a background in Linux. |

I have not developed documentation yet which specifically describes Gentoo's |
| 12 |
Java system, but I hope to do this sometime in the future. |
| 13 |
|
| 14 |
I will also be placing the materials under some version of the Creative Commons |
| 15 |
license as soon as I decide which one to use. |
