Hello!

After some talk with Thomas and Petteri on IRC, I put my plan in SVN:

So far it's basically a formatted version of my last email, with a few
addons. But this might change as things evolve.

Any questions, suggestions, improvements, and so on, please tell me.
I'll try to keep this plan up to date.

Sorry to those that use browsers which don't do xsl transformations on
the fly. Please use guide.xsl to get a html file from the xml. I'd
rather keep it just one file in the repository, so I won't have to worry
about keeping files in sync.
