[gentoo-java] Java project pages

A while ago we started these project pages. Some of the content comes
from the gentoo-wiki, but nichoj and axxo have also written a lot of new
stuff. There pages are still under work but hopefully you are able to
find useful information in there. Feedback / ideas / bug reports are
welcome.
