Hi When I try to emerge dev-java/jboss-module-webservice-4.0.2 the file jboss-thirdparty-4.0.2-gentoo.tar.bz2 cannot be download:

The file is already fully retrieved; nothing to do.

So I downloaded it manually and stored it in /usr/portage/distfiles. But a new emerge tries to download the file again and fails.
What could be the problem?
