Subject:	Don't use src_prepare in Java ebuilds yet

I plan on moving VM switching to src_prepare with EAPI 2 so that binary 
packages work with java eclasses so please don't use it in java ebuilds 
before support is added to the eclass as that will make it easier to 
commit src_prepare to the eclass.
