Yes. I don't think it supports XvMC, though. I have an Inel 855G card and it has some troubles playing back 1080i high resolution HDTV (1920x1088 pixels) in MPEG2 format smoothly. Lower resulutions are no problem. Maybe the card you are referring to will handle high resolutions better.
