I use Dell Latitude D410 which works fantastic. Only the graphics |

chipset (intel) doesn't work in glx mode. Stable releases of Xorg |

doesn't support i810 driver and you would have to install 6.8.99 masked |

version. However glx mode doesn't work with or without dri snaphots |

The funny thing is that loading any of the kernel modules related to |

acpi slows down the computer (don't know how) without installing acpi |

daemon nor cpufreqd just modprobing ie: speedstep-centrino does it. |
