Hmm, I was just using the previous documentation and scripts that jforman had provided. I made a test modifications to the permissions on /releases/snapshots/2007.0/. Please see if you get the contents of that directory on your mirrors with your fetch cronjobs, and that your outgoing setups are NOT distributing that content yet.
